Eligibility for Exchange
All products purchased from Royalove are eligible for exchange within 5 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The packaging is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The product(s) received do not match the original specifications of your order or are significantly different from what you ordered.
- You notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] to raise a dispute.
At Royalove, each case is carefully reviewed to ensure a fair resolution for our customers.
Replacement Policy
We offer replacements under the following conditions:
- If the product delivered is defective, damaged, or faulty.
- You must email photographic evidence of the defective product to [email protected] within 5 days of delivery for verification.
- Once the defect is confirmed, we will arrange for the incorrect product to be picked up and send a replacement promptly.
Refund Policy
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
- A processing fee of Rs. 150 will be deducted for delivery charges in the case of refunds.
Important Exclusions
Please note that certain scenarios make it difficult for us to accommodate returns or exchanges, including:
- Requests made after the 5-day eligibility window.
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items that show signs of tampering or intentional damage.
